Job search: the State unlocks 2.4 million euros for 4 startups – The Figaro

The government has granted 2.4 million euros to four startups, to finance innovative projects designed to help unemployed people find a job thanks to digital, has it learned Friday from the ministry of Labor.

The envelope, provided under the program of future investments (PIA), grants funds to young shoots Monkey Tie, Mindmatcher, We Tech Care, and Bayes Impact, whose representatives were received on Thursday by Myriam El Khomri.
Their projects, which are under development, are financed in the framework of the Plan NET (digital, employment, work), which also involved Pôle emploi, the national Agency for the improvement of working conditions (Anact) and the Foundation internet new generation (Fing).

“The goal is to help the young dropouts to reintegrate, thanks to digital tools, it is to assist job seekers in a better direction thanks to an intelligent processing and intuitive data,” said Ms. El Khomri in a press release.
Monkey Tie is developing a “guide to the orientation of the professions”, a tool that will direct the user to a trade, based on his personality and his skills.
on his side, Mindmatcher prepares a recruitment platform for candidates to showcase their skills, “social”: vocations, aspirations, commitments, etc…
We Tech Care develops, for its part, the internet site clicnjob.fr, who will accompany young people who are excluded from employment in designing personalized itineraries and fun. On the menu: quiz, videos, or even a RESUME builder.
Finally, the application My employment path, Bayes Impact, will use the big data, including the data of the employment on the labour market, to help the unemployed to develop a strategy (retraining, training, mobility…) to find a job.
A part of these new tools will be in the next few months, the Job store, the platform of digital services job center
