Vivendi reached 17.7% of Ubisoft’s capital – The World

french Vivendi media group increased to 17.7% its stake in Ubisoft video game publisher, according to a notice the financial markets Authority (AMF). It now holds more than 15% of the voting rights. Vivendi held by the Bolloré Group, has asked to be represented on its Board of Directors
